100 Day Challenge: The Begining
It has been long since I was contemplating The 100 Day Challange . I feel that this would be a great confidence building measure as much as a test of willpower and resilience. To that effect, I did read up a lot of material on such test of willpower and methods to improve the lifestyle. After a lot of introspection about the present levels of willpower and thoughts about the existing lifestyle, I finally could create a challenge which would be able to push me adequately, keeping me a little on the edge if not out of my comfort zone.
